15th Annual Candlelight Experience
Celebrate Florida’s rich, local history by stepping back in time to 1836. Explore Fort Foster as it was in the 1830s. Featuring military, Seminole, and civilian reenactors, this event portrays our unique Florida History up close.
Cost: $5 per person, ages 6 and under are free
Due to the loud noises from weapons and cannon demonstrations throughout the day, dogs are not reccommended at this event. Also, pets are not allowed inside state buildings, including the Fort.
Funds raised will support Hillsborough River State Park Preservation Society and the restoration of Fort Foster.
